How did Fiqh arise? How did the jurists create the rulings found in the books of Fiqh? Why are there several schools of Fiqh even though their sources may be one? This is what you can learn about by enrolling in fiqh classes online
How did Fiqh arise?
Fiqh is the attempt of jurists to understand the commands and prohibitions that God revealed to His Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in Qur’an and Sunnah , but how to recite quran online
After understanding these verses and hadiths, the jurists wrote down the rulings they devised in their books and arranged them in a way that makes them easy for students to learn.
Most of the Fiqh books are arranged logically so that the daily transactions and activities take precedence over the activities that do not occur every day, and the topics that pervade all people take precedence over the other topics that belong to a particular group.

What are the sources of Fiqh?
According to what you will study in fiqh classes, you will know that the main sources of Fiqh are the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic hadiths. There are also other sources that were considered by some of the jurists and not considered by others, such as:
Topics that the Prophet’s Companions said or judged on.
The inherited deeds of the people of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
Ijma’ (Is the agreement of all the jurists on a specific ruling in a specific era.
Qiyas (Is the transfer of the ruling from a stipulated issue to a non-stated issue).
Because of the difference in the consideration of these sources, the various Fiqh schools appeared. But as the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, “Difference in my nation is a mercy”.
