Expert Sharif Al-Attar

· Al-Attar has been a coach and management science consultant for more than 35 years.

· He received an accredited certificate as an accredited coach from the Document University in Leesburg, VA, USA, and from Xerox Training Center, Newport Pagnell, UK. He also trains coaches and teachers for the Cambridge International Examinations Diploma.

· He writes many specialized articles in business and management which are published in magazines like Management Today and Business Monthly. He is hosted as a speaker in business management conferences in Egypt and elsewhere.

· He writes a weekly column titled Get Down to Business in the Business News section in the Egyptian Gazette.

· He has led a wide TQM change process at Xerox International Center for Training and Management Development, providing the company with tools and means with which it managed to define the obstacles and bridge the gap.

· He worked for many multinational companies, like Nestlé, Maersk Sealand, 3M, American Express, Mercedes Benz, Mantrac, Orascom, and Mobil com. He also worked as a coach for developing the abilities of trainers working at the American Chamber of Commerce, IMI, and Top Business.

Methodology:

This program is highly interactive with a strong focus on the audience, using case studies, videos, *****, role-plays as well as presentations. As the program develops, participants “take the program away” from the facilitator as they use it the best way to fit their application needs.
